This video contains step by step description of the nonlinear finite element analysis of a reinforced concrete beam failing by a diagonal shear crack in ATENA software. The example corresponds to the problem described in ATENA Science tutorial manual. The same example is also part of ATENA installation package.
The video shows how to prepare the model in GiD, perform the nonlinear analysis and postprocessing in ATENA Studio, which is the main analysis and postprocessing program in the ATENA simulation system.
